How will I receive my products?

We closely work with reputed courier agencies in the UAE which safely deliver your order to your doorstep. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept only Cash On Delivery. However, we will start accepting online payments via credit/debit cards soon. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our packages are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. Sometimes, they even get delivered in 1 or 2 days. 

How do I know what my size is?

Under each product listed on our website, we have mentioned the measurement of the product in inches which can help you check and order the right size. 

How do I cancel my order?

You can contact us on info.powerhouz@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram handle @powerhouzdubai with your order # to cancel your order. However, if the order is already shipped from our end it will not be possible to cancel the order. 

Refund Policy:

Incase the size does not fit you, we can initiate a return. For initiating a return, kindly email our team on info.powerhouz@gmail.com mentioning your order number and reason of return.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your home and return it to our office. After reviewing the quality of the product, we will make a voucher worth the order amount you paid which you can renew. The voucher will be valid for 1 year. 

Please note, the customer would have to pay a fee of AED 20 as the delivery cost for pickup and return.
